Hey! I’m Yemi. I’m a composer and audio artist/producer!

I currently serve as a composer, sound supervisor, voice director, and script coordinator for Shockwave Animation, working on web series and projects in development such as I Wanna Eat Your Guts, Paracity, and Animation Station with Millie Martins. I work in similar capacities on numerous other projects like Mirandamations’s Atlas and the Stars, Tlacuache Studios’s WCAnimated, and upcoming media from Boom Entertainment.

I've worked under ASCAP award-winning composer Brad Breeck on the music teams for Disney TV Animation series The Owl House, Kiff, and StuGo, and have contributed to a large number of films that have premiered at the Cleveland International Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, Animaze Montreal, and beyond, including my very own L'Allunaggio del Lupo/The Lupine Lunar Landing (2025).

I hold a Bachelor's Degree of Music from the Peabody Conservatory of the Johns Hopkins University's Music for New Media program, am an alum of the Vittadini Conservatory of Pavia’s Screen Music Program, and was chosen for the 2025 cohort of the Vancouver International Film Festival's Composer-Filmmaker Accelerator.

When I’m not working, I’m probably playing jazz piano, learning trivia, studying languages, improving my HTML/CSS skills (like with this website!), or cooking steak. A lot of steak.
